Testimonials PhilHi Jon,
Hope you'll find the following useful, and it is completely true ... Cheers Phil We've used the Continuink AIO (printer, copier, scanner) for around 9 months now and put simply it is absolutely superb, the best office purchase decision we've ever made. Before buying it we were very sceptical, after all the basic printer from Continuink is twice the price of the same thing from PCWorld ... but .... that's without the ink modification. The cost difference is saved very quickly indeed. Compared to typical cartridge printers ( we know because we also run a traditional printer on our invoicing computer ) the saving is several pence per sheet - We saved back the purchase price difference within a couple of thousand sheets.
When we were sold the printer, I recall being told the average price per A4 colour sheet would be 2p - 3p - in fact we are running at around 1p per page IN COLOUR, ok, I use the ink saver function because most of our requirement is draft quality, but that's perfectly acceptable for most sales literature. Refilling the ink cartridges is quick and easy, and Continuink supply replacement ink usually within 24 hours of placing an order. In 9 months, we've made over 30,000 A4 prints, it's still going strong. There’s a lot less waste too, no bags full of used cartridges to dispose of. What more can I say. It works. Phil Sokell Kamal Good day Jon I bet you were surprised to see me back in your shop so quickly after buying your Continuink all-in-one printer! Firstly let me start by saying how disappointed I am that the pack of photo paper ran out in just a few hours on the first night. I connected my printer last night and attempted to try it out by playing around with the functions and printing off a few documents and photo's and boy was I blown away with the photo quality, speed and sharpness of this little baby. So impressed with it that I ended up finishing all 100 photo sheets I got from you a few hours earlier. Hence I was back in again today to get 4 more packs of 100. I'm sure I will be back soon, either to fill her up with ink or for more photo paper, either way I wish you guys all the success for the year ahead and keep up the good work. It's not often that I'm impressed with gadgets, maybe that's because I have all the latest ones, but this is certainly a beast to be reckoned with. Best regards John
"Continuink ensure that their product to packaging ratio is as low as possible, with their cartridges able to hold significantly more ink compared to the standard supplied by larger well known printer companies." "Continuink also import their ink in barrels rather than individual cartridges each in its own packaging, minimising the weight and bulk of the product and reducing the carbon footprint associated with shipping. The ink kits are then sent to the customer in recyclable bottles." John Buckley Ivan
Date: 30 January 2008 21:00:13 GMT This is about the two printers that I bought from you: The Continuink Pro, more than 18 months ago and the Continuink R200. I have to tell you how pleased I am with these printers. First some background information. I am the Head of Faculty of Design and Technology at a inner city comprehensive school. We received an 'Outstanding' Ofsted report two weeks ago. The school is well known for it's challenging circumstances. I started there as Head of Faculty two years ago when there were many problems in the faculty. My first priority was to raise the standard of teaching and the quality of materials that are provided for the students. The lack of, or difficulty of access to printing and copying facilities was a major stumbling block. I started to look around for the right printer but got head on with high running costs not even to mention the initial costs of a printer. With a very tight budget I realised I have to buy very carefully. I truly believe that God guided me to your shop where I bought the Continuink Pro Printer. We are using it for over 18 months now. It is unbelievable how cheap it is. To make photocopies on the school's copier cost 2p per page. To print using the Continuink printer cost less than 1p and it is not much slower that the copier. It also had a very positive effect on the students when we started giving them worksheets printed in colour. They could also print their work in colour which immediately raised the standard of their work. Some of my colleagues from other faculties showed interest in the printer but it seems as if they do not believe me. I even had one who went and bought one, but without the 'Continuink' attachment. I can do only so much to try to help. After that it is a matter of: 'He who is less cleaver has to suffer.' (The best I can translate it from Afrikaans.) Omar
I was looking for an all round good quality printer to use at home and Continuink had just the thing. I needed to print large volumes text for university projects as well as holiday snaps with my friends without huge costs. The biggest cost maintaining a printer is ink. Cotinuink's unique ink technology means that I don't have to keep buying new cartridges which is great, because I save money and, be environmentally friendly! Omar Hassan I have found the Continuink printer to be much cheaper and it has saved a The quality of photos is exceptional so we do not have to use online or Angela Fillink have provided us with a number of printers over the last two years, including 3-in-1 printer/fax/scanners. We currently have 5 printers and 2 3-in-1s. At all times Fillink have provided excellent customer service. Fillink provide excellent value for money coupled with an outstanding customer service experience. Chris Power Jon Colin - Whitton I am a Design and Technology teacher. Being a Design and Technology Teacher, I was immediately impressed how they adapted printers to make ink more affordable. I immediately bought one. At that time I was just appointed as Head of Department at a inner city school with 800 pupils, having a very low budget. At first I was hesitant to do a lot of colour printing but I soon realised how cheap it is. My colleague and I stared printing student worksheets in colour. DT was also the only subject in the school who had exam papers in colour. Needless to say, the unlimited printing in colour immediately raised the profile of the subject. We soon discovered that it is also much cheaper to print rather than wasting time to make photo-copies on the school’s copier. The speed of the printer made it even more worth the effort. After using this printer for one year, I bought another HP, this time a copier/scanner with special photo printing features. All our printing, copying and scanning needs were provided for now, not only affordable but cheap and fast as well. After two years we were totally dependant on these two printers for our daily teaching and we never had a break-down. In September 2009 I took up a Head of Department post at an independent preparatory school. The first thing that I bought was a HP printer from Fill Ink, a true all-in-one printer/copier/scanner/fax. I’m teaching 245 boys from Y4 to Y8 and they print in colour as much as they want or need for DT. The other subjects have restrictions on printing due to the cost of cartridges. I am currently planning to buy an A3 printer. Except for these printers that I bought to use in my teaching job, I also bought two Epsom printers for home use, needless to say, both fitted with the special inking system. I’m planning to buy an all-in-one in August for home use. That will bring the number of printers that I bought from Fill Ink in 3 years, to seven. What I cannot understand is why people keep on buying expensive cartridges while this fantastic affordable technology is available, right under their noses! This is the time to support a business like Fillink. It is a good business who is providing a fantastic product with excellent after sales service and support. Ivan van Rooyen Dear Jon Manjit - Turnham Green I was looking for an all round good quality printer to use at home and Continuink had just the thing. Omar Hassan Phil Sokell Dear John I would like to thank you for the good service you are providing me with. Thank you. Kind regards Stefan – Isleworth Jon Squires, Of fill ink, runs a business that would be the envy of Sir Alan Sugar. I was always interested in producing photographs by printing them on my computer. And always strived to produce the best quality that was available. I always knew that someone would produce an ink fill system that would solve the problem of replacing cartridges. Indeed I myself tried to fill my own cartridges with limited success. On entering Fillink, I immediately spotted the concept had been put into practise. In no time at all I assessed the quality of the printing process and the ink fill system. I purchased an HP printer was fitted with the refillable cartridges and have never looked back. John and his team are dedicated to providing every assistance to their customers. Years ago there was the Queens award to Industry. If it were today, my recommendation would be Fillink should get it. Stephen - Hounslow Hello Jon, My daughter Sarah is 15 years old and is in year 10 the year before gcse's are taken. She finds the printer really good especially the wireless printing. We both find it very easy to use. We use to buy cheap printers, maybe 3 a year. The hardest part being finding cartridges, which always cost more than the printer. By buying this product, we have saved at least £100 a year long term, and we are extremely happy with the exceptional service you provide. Being able to buy the ink so cheaply is great, even though we haven't had to buy any to date after such a long time. Theresa - Brentford “In my first year of university I lived in halls of residents and the walls were an awful shade of green so in order to brighten the place up I covered them in pictures, all of which came from my Continuink printer, friends used to ask me where I’d had my pictures printer because they didn’t believe they had all come from a home printer. My flatmate brought a basic printer for around £30 at the start of the term and by the second week of term her printer had already ran out of ink and she was using mine because the cost of cartridges was more than the cost of the printer! My printer has successfully printer 2 years worth of colour photos, lecture notes and essays all without needing an ink refill. (To be exact that is 1549 prints!) The fast draft setting on the Continuink printer is fantastic not only does it print extremely quickly but using this setting means that unlike normal house-hold printers that smudge when you use a highlighter on the text, this printer uses just the right amount of ink, causing minimal smudging. Not only is it convenient to have your own printer in your room but it is also cheaper, a single A4 black and white print in the uni library costs 10p. I can print mine from the comfort of my own room for around 3p in full colour and I don’t have to queue up. I think that every student should own a continuink printer; it was defiantly the best thing I bought with my student loan.” |
